Filling machines for chemical products are mainly designed and manufactured based on material compatibility with the chemical product. Filling and packaging machines used in the chemical industry are divided into two groups. The first group is for acidic and corrosive products, and the second group is for products with a high explosion risk. In such cases, all electrical components used must comply with ATEX standards.

In this industry, filling machines are designed and built with high precision, especially in nozzle areas (to prevent drips) and filling systems (to increase filling accuracy). Nozzles are typically pneumatic with drip-catching trays to prevent spillage on bottles and conveyor belts. Even the conveyors are equipped with continuous drip-catching trays underneath to avoid spillage on the floor. Depending on the request for high-value products, check-weighing systems can also be added to the machine. Additionally, the filling machine can be designed in an ATEX version for environments with high explosion risks.

Linear and rotary capping machines are excellent choices for capping various types of packaging in the chemical industry. All screw caps, spray, and pressure caps can be sealed with our machines.

Labeling machines can apply labels to containers ranging from 50 cc to 20 liters. These machines are suitable for applying adhesive-backed labels to round, flat, and oval containers. Additionally, if requested, a jet printer can be installed to print production date, expiration date, batch number, and price on the device.

Chemical product packaging lines can also be combined with other packaging machines such as cartoning machines, carton sealing machines, and shrink-wrapping machines.
