The cosmetic and personal care industry has specific requirements. Manufacturing and filling machines must be easily cleaned to prevent product contamination. At the same time, they should be adjustable for different products and packaging types, as some packaging designs can be difficult to handle due to their unique shapes.

For the production of cosmetic and personal care products, our mixers are capable of producing various suspension, emulsion, and solution-based products. These mixers are available in atmospheric and vacuum versions, along with a homogenizer system. The volume of mixers and buffer tanks is designed and manufactured according to specific needs.

Various transfer pumps and pre-mix tanks are other products we offer that can simplify processes in product manufacturing.

Our packaging lines can be equipped with an automatic bottle orienting machine along with an orientation system. For non-stationary containers, there is also the option of using holder systems on rails.

Filling machines provide easy cleaning, enabling quick product changeovers on production lines. The bottom-up filling feature, where the filling nozzle is in contact with the product surface, along with adjustable filling speeds, helps eliminate unwanted foam in the product. This feature significantly enhances the performance of the filling machine. A combination of a piston-cylinder system with a servo motor, ball screws, and liners in moving axes allows for the filling of liquid products and creams in one unit.

We design capping machines in such a way that various common caps used in the cosmetic and personal care industry can be applied with one machine. These include screw caps, push-on caps, flip-top caps, pumps, triggers, and spray caps.

For setups with limited space or small, constrained bottles, we offer monoblock machines where the filling and capping sections are integrated into one device. This machine, with its smaller dimensions, provides higher efficiency, easier cleaning, and more straightforward adjustments.

We are well aware that the cosmetic and personal care industry places special importance on labeling. Therefore, our labeling machines are capable of applying adhesive-backed labels to a variety of containers, including round, flat, and oval bottles. Additionally, these machines offer high precision with easy adjustment for different bottles and labels. Our labeling machines can also be synchronized with a jet printer to print information on the label.

Another specialized machine in the cosmetic and personal care industry is our tube filling machine for aluminum and laminate tubes. These machines are available in both semi-automatic and fully automatic versions.
