This report examines the sale, delivery, and commissioning of a complete sauce filling and capping line at Baladna Company in Iraq. Its purpose is to provide a professional and concise overview of the technical specifications of the machines, the installation and commissioning process, the benefits delivered to the customer, and the recommended after-sales service provisions.
Project Overview
On a recent date, our company delivered and commissioned a complete filling and capping line specifically designed for sauce production at Baladna Company in Iraq. The line includes an 8-nozzle filling machine equipped with a servomotor mechanism, as well as a single-head capping machine featuring an automatic cap feeder system. The primary purpose of this system is to package various thick sauces with medium viscosity for use in the food industry.
Key Technical Specifications
1-Liter Filling Machine: Servo-driven mechanism for precise piston/pump control and nozzle synchronization; 8 simultaneous nozzles to increase production capacity.
Capping Machine: Single-head unit with an automatic cap feeder for accurate cap placement and secure tightening.
Frame and Product-Contact Parts: Constructed from food-grade stainless steel to facilitate easy cleaning and prevent contamination.
3, 5, and 10-ton Sauce Holding Tanks: Designed for storing and homogenizing the product prior to the filling stage. Constructed from stainless steel SST 316L and equipped with an agitator and temperature control system to prevent sedimentation and maintain sauce quality.
Control and User Interface: Industrial PLC with a touchscreen HMI for adjusting filling speed, volume, capping parameters, and monitoring errors.
Flexibility: Adjustable for various bottle/can sizes and shapes, as well as different types of customer-standard caps.
Safety and Maintenance: Protective guards compliant with standards, easy access for servicing, and quick-cleaning points (CIP-compatible where required).
Delivery and Commissioning Process
Equipment Delivery from Factory: The production line was completed at the factory to verify nozzle coordination, filling accuracy, and capper performance.
Transport and Customs: Coordination of freight and export documentation for shipment to Iraq and delivery to Baladna Company’s site.
Installation and Commissioning: Our company’s technical team was on-site to install the line, calibrate it, and perform operational tests using the customer’s actual product.
Training: Baladna’s operators and maintenance team received hands-on training, including filling machine adjustments, basic troubleshooting, quick change of molds/nozzles, and daily maintenance routines.
Final Approval: After pilot production tests and customer approval of the output, the line was officially handed over.
