Our automatic detergent production and packaging lines are among our core products. We place great emphasis on the properties of different products when selecting the materials used in our machines. For corrosive substances, we consider acid-resistant compatibility and consult experienced experts. For products with high alcohol content and other flammable substances, we offer machines that comply with ATEX standards.

For the production of detergents and cleaning products, we provide various atmospheric tanks and mixers. These tanks come in different capacities and are made from various stainless steel alloys, depending on the product characteristics. Based on the manufacturing process, installation location, and climatic conditions, we can manufacture mixers with double or triple jackets to enable heating.

To facilitate product transfer at different stages, we integrate various transfer pumps into production and packaging lines, selected according to product characteristics and process requirements.

To simplify the automatic packaging of detergents and cleaning products, our advanced machines carry out the entire packaging process on a conveyor belt, significantly reducing manual intervention. The machine operates fully automatically, with the operator only responsible for placing empty bottles and collecting the filled ones.

Our filling machines are easy to clean and designed for quick and easy production line changes for different products. The bottom-up filling capability allows the nozzle to move upwards while filling at an adjustable speed, helping to eliminate unwanted foam in the product. As a result, the efficiency of the filling machine is significantly enhanced.

Our capping machines can seal screw caps, trigger caps, pump caps, spray caps, press caps, and many other types commonly used for cleaning products.

Labeling machines support the application of double-sided or full-wrap labels. These machines can be integrated with a jet printer to print production or expiration dates directly onto the label or packaging.

Another option is secondary packaging equipment. Liquid detergent and cleaner filling lines can be equipped with shrink-label tunnels or integrated with cartoning and carton-sealing systems.
